SHIPPING
All orders are shipped using tracked standard shipping. Please allow up to 3 business days for order processing and dispatch. Processing times do not include weekends or holidays.

RETURNS & REFUNDS
Due to the hygienic nature of earrings, all sales are final. However, should your earrings cause any irritation or reaction, please report within 15 days of your purchase to be eligible for a refund (minus any shipping charges). 

Damages & Missing Items

Please inspect your package and report any damages or missing items within 3 days of delivery. Items reported after that window will not be eligible for replacement.
